Privacy Policy

Effective date: 4 November 2026. Data controller: Sonorix.

1. What data we collect

• Account: your email address (if you sign in with Google, the name and email Google provides) and sign-in times.
• Content: the videos you upload, the text taken from them, the translation and dubbing results, and your instructions.
• Payments: the order, amount, date and status. Card numbers and payment details never reach us: Paddle, Payme or Click process them themselves.
• Technical: error logs, browser type and IP address (for security and to prevent abuse).

2. Why

To provide the service (dubbing your videos), to keep your account and minutes, to record payments, for security, to handle violations and complaints, and to comply with the law. We do not sell your data and do not hand it over for advertising.

3. Who processes it

The service runs on cloud infrastructure. Data is shared only as far as needed to provide the service, with trusted partners in these categories: cloud computing and storage, the database and sign-in system, artificial intelligence services such as speech recognition, translation and voice synthesis, email delivery, and payment providers (Paddle, Payme, Click). You can ask for the list of partners at Sonorix support. We use artificial intelligence services on terms that do not allow them to use your data to train their models.

4. Where and how long it is kept

• Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Germany). By using the service you consent to your personal data being transferred abroad.
• A job's intermediate files are deleted after about 14 days, uploaded videos after 30 days and finished results after 90 days (the periods may differ by plan). You can delete a job yourself at any time.
• Voice prints (used to tell the characters apart) are used only inside a job and are deleted with it. We do not make a copy (clone) of your voice.
• Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires; when an account is deleted they are separated from your identity.

5. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent (Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data"). Deleting your account also deletes its jobs, files and minutes. Contact: Sonorix support.

6. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies and browser storage: to remember that you are signed in and for security. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

7. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If the policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
