Terms of Service
The terms of use of the service (public offer). Effective date: 4 November 2026.
1. General provisions
This document is a public offer by Sonorix (hereinafter, the "Service") to any person on the use of the Sonorix web service (Articles 367 and 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan). Registering, signing in or paying for the service means full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
2. The service
- The service uses artificial intelligence to dub a video you upload into another language (translation, voices for the characters, mixing the voices with the video) or to explain a video to you.
- The voices in the result are generated by artificial intelligence. They are not the voices of real actors or of the people in the original video. A machine-readable "AI-dubbed (Sonorix)" mark is written into the finished files.
- When you publish the result, you must state that it was dubbed with artificial intelligence wherever the law requires it. Presenting the dub as the speech of a real person is forbidden.
- Artificial intelligence can make mistakes: the translation, pronunciation or choice of voice is not guaranteed to be perfect every time. Check the result before you publish it.
3. Users
- Only persons aged 18 or over may use the service.
- Do not share your sign-in details (email, sign-in code) with others. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
4. Uploaded content
- Upload only videos that belong to you or that you have the right to use (as the author, the rights holder or with their permission). By uploading, you confirm this.
- Forbidden: uploading other people's copyrighted works without permission; unlawful content or content that incites violence or hatred; any sexual content involving minors; making fake material for fraud, deception, defamation or to influence elections or political processes.
- You are responsible for your content. The Service may stop a job, delete a result and close an account when these rules are broken.
5. No voice impersonation
Using the service to imitate the voice of a real person (including public figures) without their written consent, to make them say things on their behalf, or to create voices that mislead people is forbidden. The service gives the characters artificially generated voices; copying (cloning) an original voice is not enabled for customers.
6. Minutes and payment
- The service is billed in minutes: minutes of the original video × the number of dubbing languages. Each job counts as at least 1 minute. Additional modes such as "Original voices" are billed with the multiplier shown on the pricing page.
- When a job starts, the minutes it needs are reserved; when it finishes, its real length is charged and the rest is returned. If a job stops with an error or you delete it, the reserved minutes are returned in full.
- A new account gets 3 minutes once to try the service.
- Monthly card subscriptions (USD) renew automatically every month and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns.
- With Payme or Click (UZS) a plan is paid once for a 30-day period and does not renew automatically.
- Minute packs (30 minutes and others) are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.
- Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change; a change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
8. Copyright infringement and complaints
If you believe your rights have been infringed on the service, or you want to report a violation, write to Sonorix support: name the work, where it is (a link or the job number) and information that confirms your rights. Material is removed as quickly as possible after a well-founded complaint. Accounts of users who break the rules repeatedly are closed.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". In any case, the Service's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the month the claim arose. The Service is not responsible for outages of third-party services or for force majeure.
10. Personal data
Your data is processed under the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to the terms and disputes
The Service may change these terms; a new version takes effect on the day it is published on this page, and using the service after that means accepting it. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in court under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
